TheGrillSpatula™ is easy to use!


In order for TheGrillSpatula™ to work properly, you need to have a clean grill grate. Scrub it down to its original bare surface. Next, we recommend lightly oiling your pre-heated grill grate. Once the grill is ready, you can start to cook your food. When the food is ready to be turned over, lay the tip of TheGrillSpatula™ on the grill grate, holding it at an angle, as you would a regular spatula. Only the thin wire should be in contact with the grill rods. Apply downward pressure and slide along grill rods under the food item.

Some foods tend to stick more than others. Vary the downward pressure more or less as needed. The thin wire acts as a shear and literally cuts the sticking food cleanly from the grill grate. If the food seems to be sticking more than usual, try wiggling the handle as you push forward to remove the super stuck foods.

If the food item is large, free one half and then the other before removal. For fragile foods like fish, it is best to use a regular spatula along with TheGrillSpatula™. Simply place the bottom of the other spatula on top of the fish while using TheGrillSpatula™ to free the fish from the grates. Allowing the fish to be cradled between two spatulas. Now you will be able to turn the fish over and gently slide it off without the fish breaking apart.
